| 30 or more days before arrival | 10% of the trip cost |
| 15 to 29 days before arrival | 25% of the trip cost |
| 7 to 14 days before arrival | 50% of the trip cost |
| Less than 7 days before arrival, or no-show | No refund |
Non-refundable components, listed below, are deducted in addition to these charges where they have already been paid.
Non-refundable components
- Gondola tickets, once booked.
- Hotel bookings made for peak season or festival dates.
- Any third-party charges we have already paid on your behalf.
Cancellation by us or due to force majeure
If we have to cancel or change your trip, or if it is disrupted by events beyond anyone's control such as heavy snowfall, landslides, road closures, government orders or strikes, we will offer you one of the following:
- Rescheduling the trip to new dates.
- An alternative itinerary of similar value.
- A refund of the amount paid, minus costs we cannot recover from hotels and other suppliers.
How to cancel
Cancellations must be sent in writing by email to info@flywithpridetourandtravels.in or by WhatsApp to +91-9596470827 (opens in a new tab). Please include the lead traveller's name and travel dates. The cancellation date is the date we receive your message.
Refund method and timeline
Refunds are made to the original payment method within [X] working days of the cancellation being confirmed.
Date changes and postponement
If you would like to move your trip to new dates instead of cancelling, contact us as early as possible. We will try to rebook at the same terms, subject to availability. Any difference in hotel rates or supplier charges for the new dates is payable by you, and supplier charges already lost cannot be carried over.
